Why should you be commander?: Well Il be honest with you guys Im in love with naval I love my men I love the spirit that we share and overall everything and my passion is leading people and promoting RP and the best way to do that is to be the admiral and after being it for 1 term I fell in love the roleplay I got to experience from being captured every 5 days from public PT and to Naval tryouts and there is so much more I want to do and with this coming update Naval will be getting a new ship new battalions and new skins and I just cant wait and I want to be there with my men as the admiral and I know what some of you are thinking its about the power and To be honest When I got the admiral I was only equal to a regimental but its not about the power to me its about making sure the server and all battalions have fun and have those great RP moments we look for in Role play servers and I feel in my last term ive helped alot with that and All I want to do is more and more and Im so happy to have my naval and others supporting me it fuels me to help more and maybe in the future I can get a stronger position to even help more its all about you guys the players the jedi the clones thats why im going for a second term to make sure everyone is happy and excited to log on everyday. In my time in the 501st I have formed incredible bonds with my fellow members of the legion and been through many of our best and worst times and have remained a loyal and dedicated member. I feel like with the 501st, I have finally found a home on this server. I treat everybody in the 501st with respect regardless of their rank or skill. I want to improve the battalion and correct all the mistakes we have made in the past to the greatest of my ability and enforce the rules that have been shrugged aside for so long. I want to make the 501st feel like more of a home to all the members and I no longer want the 501st to be known as a ?non-serious battalion? we will no longer succumb to those stereotypes. In my time here, I have been able to have exceptional role models teach me how to command a battalion and gave me a platform to build upon so I could keep learning more. Here are some of my goals I want to fulfill if I am granted the rank of 501st Commander:

  • Because of our past experiences I aim to reorganize and make the 501st a more well disciplined battalion and train our men to become some of the best of the best through training simulations, lore sessions, and teaching new tactics.


  • I want to give the members of the 501st a bigger voice than they ever had. I always want to hear feedback from our members regardless of what rank they are. Our battalion is fueled by the members and they should be given a voice for the future of our battalion.


  • I will officially implement systems into the battalion using a new idea I have been discussing. We create a council system containing the SMB, all XO?s and the Commander, in this council, we will have a weekly meeting discussing the problems within the battalion, new systems, and revisions. We then formulate ideas and solutions in this meeting and address it to the entire battalion, once getting the feedback from all the 501st members, we will then implement, revise, or eliminate the system.


  • I would like this battalion to have more communication and feedback between the commanding officers, NCOs, and the enlisted troopers so everyone can feel like they have a voice and standpoint for the future of our battalion.


  • To help this idea of better battalion communication flourish we will hold battalion meetings twice a week and get feedback from each member of the battalion and improve upon the things the members of the battalion believe need to be added, revised, or eliminated.


  • I also will revise our tryout system even more. The reason for the revision is to create a more accessible battalion for new people to join and instead of constantly striking the person and not helping them improve, we will correct errors and train them upon their mistakes once tryouts are complete.


  • In the commander position I will officially implement the roles for Select Commander Sergeant Majors (SCSM), and the Sergeant Major of the Battalion (SMB). The roles for the Select Command Sergeant Majors (SCSM) is to oversee the NCOs and enlisted ranks of the battalion. The Sergeant Major of the Battalion will have the same duties as the SCSMs, but will also give reports on the SCSMs to the Commander on how that portion of the 501st has been operating.


  • In the commander position I will officially implement the roles for the Executive Officers (XOs), out of the XOs, I will assign a Chief Executive Officer (CXO). The job of the Executive Officers (XOs) is to oversee the Commanding Officers of the battalion (2ndLT - Colonel). The Chief Executive Officer will have the same duties as the XOs, but will also give reports on the XOs to the Commander so the Commander can overall get a better stance at as to who is doing an exceptional job as a commanding officer.

These are only a few of the ideas I have for the future of the 501st, I believe that these systems will change the battalion for the best and will make it way more organized than it has been for a long time. I will do my best to implement these systems as commander, but I will use the council system (explained above) to get an overall opinion from the 501st members. Although I feel these goals will better the battalion, I believe the most important aspect of us is our chemistry and bonds, without those, I wouldn?t be able to grow the relationships I?ve grown these past 4 months. I will always cherish this and is the reason, from the bottom of my heart, I will give my all to fulfill the expectations of my peers and let this battalion flourish.
After the incidents that happened during my time as Doom's Unit Commander, i decided that i would take my knowledge and characteristics to extended to every battalion in the defense sector other than dooms unit itself. i wanted to help people, no matter what battalion they were in, to have a direct line of communication to the proper personnel so that common problems and issues can be addressed in an orderly fashion. i created a to-do list based on the stretch goals listed in my REG Application and was one of the first regimental to create a regular system of battalion/commander meetings to speak directly to each battalion and their members so that we could have the opportunity to get to know everyone and address everyone's suggestions and concerns so that we could make sure that these things are being heard by the proper channels. everything went exactly as planned, as proposed ideas and suggestions where brought to commander meetings, game master officers, and the first ever clone wars admin senate.

I had other plans to implement within the defense sector after i concluded with the actions listed above, but that was when i was chosen to fill the role of the Head Administrator position and was forced to resign from my commander positions if i chose to accept. i regret not being able to finish that to-do list, but i don't regret becoming a part of the HA team.
now that i am a Defense REG again for my second term, i have been doing my best to pick up where i left off and make sure that my initial message that i intended to send has not changed in anyway. i intended to give the best possible environment for our groups to use and excel in every way, shape, and form; and i will always do this for as long as i am given a leadership role.
